The hotel’s cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas.
I expected more from a four-star hotel, especially regarding the amenities. On my second day, I noticed there was no shampoo in our room, and it took a while for housekeeping to respond. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited, which left little variety for guests picking meals each day.

It was just a commendable fit for a short-term stay in Istanbul with good value. The lift often took ages to find an empty one, especially with a stroller. Try to use the stairs if you're able, it might be quicker.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel's location is spot on, right near all the shops and restaurants. We explored the vibrant Istiklal Street and visited the famous Taksim Square. Staff were super friendly, and the breakfast offered plenty of choices.
One downside was the internet connection in the rooms. it was really weak which was a bit frustrating at times.

The suite we were upgraded to offered a beautiful view, making our stay even more enjoyable. However, the internet connection was often frustratingly weak in our room, and some amenities could use a refresh.
